Structural landscaping and building work under one licence
Most property projects don't stop at the garden edge. A renovation updates and improves what's already there. An extension adds new built area — a room, an alfresco zone, more living space. Remediation identifies and properly repairs structural defects — cracking, water ingress, movement — so the rest is built on solid ground. They overlap constantly, and treating them as separate jobs run by separate contractors is exactly where time, budget and quality get lost.
Because our builders work across all of it under the one licence, nothing gets built around or handed off to someone who wasn't part of the original plan. Whatever your block needs, it is managed as one project.

Do you only do landscapes, or building work too?
Both. Our licensed team handles structural work — decks, retaining walls, structural repairs and remediation, renovations and extensions — alongside landscape design and construction, all under the one contract.
What's the difference between a renovation, an extension and remediation?
A renovation updates existing space, an extension adds new space, and remediation fixes underlying structural issues. They often overlap on the one property — we've written a plain-English guide in the journal.
Are you licensed builders?
Yes — Class B licensed in both the ACT and NSW, and licensed pool builders.
Who manages the trades and approvals?
Our in-house senior project manager runs council applications and approvals, every trade and stakeholder, and the budget and programme — so you have a single number to call.
