Landscaping for
new homes in Googong.
Googong is new-home country, and a new block is a blank one. We design and build the garden, the alfresco and the pool as a single scheme — and get it established fast.

Landscaping a new block
A newly built home in Googong usually comes with a yard that's been levelled by machinery, compacted, and left as fill. The first job is below the surface: soil improvement, drainage and levels, so whatever goes in afterwards actually grows. Skip that and the lawn struggles and the planting sulks for years.
Then it's about priorities. For most new-home families that means a front garden that gives the house a finished face from the street, an alfresco or deck that connects the living room to the yard, and planting chosen to establish quickly in Googong's hot summers and cold winters. Where estate guidelines apply, we design to them from the start so approvals don't stall the build.
Design, construction and management run under one contract, so the garden, the deck and any pool are resolved together rather than added one trade at a time.

Googong questions
Do you work in Googong?
Yes. Googong is part of our regular service area with Queanbeyan, Yass, Murrambateman and Sutton, and the site visit is free.
When should I start planning the garden for a new build?
Earlier than most people do. Planning while the house is still under construction means levels, drainage, power and plumbing for the garden are sorted before the slab is poured around them — our journal has a guide to spring planning that applies here.
Do new estates have landscaping rules?
Many do. Where guidelines or covenants apply to your block, we design to them from the first concept so there are no surprises at approval.
Are you licensed in NSW?
Yes — Class B licensed in NSW and the ACT, and licensed pool builders in both.
